iSAT COVID-19 preparedness and a robust BCP implementation
How iSAT Africa kept people safe and services running through the pandemic.

COVID-19 affected economies and people everywhere. The iSAT Africa family joined the global fight by ensuring staff practised good hygiene and social distancing, as advised by local health authorities and the World Health Organization.
As part of iSAT's business continuity plan, a COVID-19 committee monitored the situation so staff stayed safe and customer and partner services were unaffected. A four-tier escalation ladder covered protective equipment, travel restrictions, discretionary work-from-home and limits on in-office meetings.
We launched a COVID-19 information site for customers and partners, embraced online collaboration tools, and held bi-weekly 'Staff Virtual Café' sessions to keep the team connected.
